Engineering infrastructure that stands tall.
FabMast designs, fabricates and installs high mast lighting systems, structural steel and motorized raising & lowering mechanisms — serving public infrastructure, industrial and renewable energy projects across India.
A full-stack high mast & structural engineering company.
FabMast began as a specialist in motorized raising and lowering systems for high mast lighting, and has since grown into a full-stack high mast and structural engineering company. We now operate a dedicated fabrication facility combining heavy engineering, precision machining and in-house testing.
Today FabMast supplies high mast poles, raising/lowering mechanisms, structural steel assemblies and lighting infrastructure to municipal corporations, highway authorities, industrial parks and solar/wind energy sites nationwide — backed by design, fabrication, installation and maintenance under one roof.
Our fabrication facility is equipped to take a project from raw plate to tested, galvanized, ready-to-ship structure — without outsourcing the critical steps.
CNC plasma & plate cutting
High-precision CNC plasma cutting for structural steel plate up to 40 mm thickness.
300T hydraulic press brake
Bending and forming of structural sections and sheet for poles, brackets and enclosures.
CNC lathe & machining centre
In-house precision machining of winch drums, shafts, bushings and fasteners.
MIG / TIG / SAW welding bays
Certified welding stations for structural, load-bearing and pressure-rated joints.
In-house hot-dip galvanizing
Galvanizing line for long-life corrosion protection on every structural member we ship.
15T overhead gantry cranes
Twin gantry cranes for heavy sub-assembly, load testing and dispatch handling.
From first structural calculation to the annual maintenance visit — design, fabrication, installation and upkeep are handled by one team.
Design & structural engineering
Wind-load and structural analysis for masts up to 40 m, engineered per site conditions.
Fabrication & manufacturing
End-to-end in-house fabrication of masts, winch assemblies and structural steel.
Installation & commissioning
Site erection, electrical commissioning and handover by trained field crews.
Testing & quality assurance
Load testing, NDT and dimensional inspection carried out before every dispatch.
Annual maintenance contracts
Scheduled winch servicing, rope replacement and latch inspection under AMC.
Turnkey EPC support
Engineering, procurement and construction support for lighting infrastructure projects.
Raising & lowering system components
Double-drum winch assembly
Motorized winch with heavy-duty gearbox, sized to the mast and crown load, with two synchronized drums for balanced, controlled travel.
Stainless steel wire rope & rigging
Corrosion-resistant rope sized to breaking load and safety factor, with termination and anchoring hardware for outdoor duty.
Latching & locking systems
Positive mechanical latch that secures the crown at the raised position independently of the winch, built for the rated wind load.
Headframe & crown assembly
Top/headframe, sheaves, pulleys, bearings and the luminaire carriage — sized for 4–6 luminaires per mast.
Controls & electricals
Local control station, motor and overload protection, upper/lower limit switches, emergency stop, junction boxes and cabling.
Installation & maintenance kits
Mounting hardware, commissioning support, and operation & maintenance manuals for every system supplied.
Masts, poles & structural steel
High mast poles
Octagonal and conical hot-dip galvanized masts from 20–40 m, engineered to site wind-load class.
Street & area lighting poles
Single and double-arm poles for roadway, parking and area lighting, in standard and custom heights.
Transmission & substation structures
Galvanized lattice and tubular structures for transmission lines and substation gantries.
Solar mounting structures
Fixed-tilt and tracker-compatible mounting structures for ground-mount solar installations.
Industrial sheds & structural steel
Pre-engineered structural steel for industrial sheds, gantries and support structures.
Custom fabrication
One-off and small-batch structural fabrication engineered to a client's drawings and load case.
